Image Quality
It's always in your best interest to use high-quality images. Lower-quality images may result in longer processing times and loss of details when we print the product. As outlined in the previous section:
-
- We request graphics to be a minimum of 300 DPI (dots per inch) in order to ensure a high print quality
- Max. file size: 30 MB
- Allowed file formats include; TIF, PNG, HEIC, JPG, JPEG (TIF and PNG are the preferred formats
Background Removal
A common mistake is assuming that your image background matches the color of your product - however, this is not the case. It is important to delete any image backgrounds that you do not want as ink on the shirt. You can remove the background with various tools online (such as https://cleanup.pictures/), or contact customer support if you need further guidance. It’s also important to remove all ‘empty air’ between your design and the edge of the file canvas. You do this by cropping your work as close to the edge of your design as possible. This will make it much easier to accurately place your design on the garments.
Print quality
We do our best to ensure the colors printed to match the designs submitted - however, we cannot guarantee a 1:1 match in many cases e.g., neon colors may not show up as vibrant depending on the quality of your submission, metallic colors will be muted, etc. We will of course do our best to meet your standards.
