Our goal at SPAARKD is to make the process as easy as possible for you - there are no legal requirements to complete before becoming a creator, but we have certain expectations for in-app behavior.
As a creator, you are fully liable for any infringement of any intellectual property rights, including but not limited to design rights, copyrights, or trademarks of any third parties. SPAARKD does not trademark your brand name or logo, nor do we establish a legal entity on your behalf.
You are solely and fully responsible for the payment of any income taxes applicable to the amounts you earn through SPAARKD. Prior to receiving your payout, you may be required to provide additional information to SPAARKD in order to comply with reporting obligations. You may need to look into the rules around self-assessments and VAT registration and declare your income.
Furthermore, we expect you to adhere to the following:
- Not reproduce, duplicate, copy or re-sell any part of our platform in contravention of the provisions of the SPAARKD Terms and Conditions;
- Not access without authority, interfere with, damage or disrupt any part of our platform
- Not in any way that breaches any applicable local, national or international law or regulation;
- Not harm or attempt to harm minors in any way; Not bully, insult, intimidate or humiliate any person
- Not send, knowingly receive, upload, download, use or re-use any material which does not comply with our content standards;
- Not transmit, or procure the sending of, any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material or any other form of similar solicitation (spam);
- Not knowingly transmit any data, send or upload any material that contains viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time-bombs, keystroke loggers, spyware, adware or any other harmful programs or similar computer code designed to adversely affect the operation of any computer software or hardware;
- Not upload terrorist content
- Not in any way that SPAARKD reasonably considers goes against our ethos as an ethical, environmental and sustainable clothing brand; and/or
- Not in any way that we reasonably consider brings the SPAARKD brand into disrepute.
